Shipyard After Hours. Continuation” is a grassroots artistic and historical initiative dedicated to preserving and sharing the memory of the disappearing cultural and artistic heritage of the Gdańsk Shipyard. The project focuses in particular on the legacy of amateur painters – shipyard workers associated in the Association of Amateur Artists, which operated until the mid-1980s. It is a story about a universal yet deeply personal bond: a love for one’s workplace, for the industrial landscape, and for the people who together created this unique environment.

The project „Shipyard After Hours. Continuation” was created as part of the Cultural Scholarship of the City of Gdańsk
